| Arkansas’ cooler winter months are favorites for hiking and exploring. Though most trees are bare, cedar and pine display lively greens. I’m drawn to the movement of crystal clear waters as they dramatically carve paths in the landscape. In recent weeks I was glad to be outdoors painting colorful blossoms with spring greens as their backdrop.
